  • All products are sourced from trusted suppliers in China and delivered exclusively within the United Kingdom.

  • Product descriptions and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge; however, minor variations may occur.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT where required.

  • We reserve the right to update prices and promotions at any time.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout using the available methods.

  • All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment gateway, ensuring compliance with international security standards (PCI DSS) and protecting customer data.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Third-Party Carriers: All deliveries are handled by independent third-party shipping companies (such as international couriers and freight providers). EletronikzShop is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by these carriers once the order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Options: Customers may choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Standard Shipping is free of charge for all orders above £50. Express Shipping is available at an additional cost.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier schedules, and other external factors beyond our control.

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Faulty or misdescribed products are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Liability

  • EletronikzShop is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party couriers, or customs-related issues beyond our control.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
